ZLPG系列中藥浸膏專用噴霧干燥機(jī)，是一款專門用來(lái)解決植物萃取液的干燥裝置，干燥后的物料顏色好、不變質(zhì)，提高了工廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益;它采用全封閉形式，進(jìn)風(fēng)配有三級(jí)凈化裝置，過(guò)濾加熱后的干燥空氣可達(dá)十萬(wàn)級(jí)甚至更高要求。筒體與頂部裝有冷壁裝置，使壁溫<80℃，經(jīng)該機(jī)干燥后的產(chǎn)品，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象;干燥塔內(nèi)裝有氣刷掃塔裝置，收粉率可達(dá)99%以上，且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生混藥和粘壁現(xiàn)象;采用CIP在線清洗裝置，使之能適用于多品種生產(chǎn)要求;尾氣采用濕式水膜除塵，使粉塵無(wú)外泄，符合環(huán)保要求;系統(tǒng)采用PLC觸摸屏模糊控制，并采用除濕制冷的干空氣密閉輸送成品至包裝儲(chǔ)料倉(cāng)。

設(shè)備原理Equipment principle

空氣通過(guò)加熱器加熱后，經(jīng)送風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)入干燥塔頂部的熱風(fēng)分配器，通過(guò)熱風(fēng)分配器后，熱空氣均勻的進(jìn)入干燥塔內(nèi)，并呈螺旋狀運(yùn)動(dòng)。料泵同時(shí)將料液送至干燥塔頂部的離心噴霧器，料液被噴成極小的霧狀液滴。使料液和熱空氣接觸的表面積大大增加，水份迅速蒸發(fā)，在極短時(shí)間內(nèi)干燥為干品。干品由旋風(fēng)分離器與濕空氣分離，經(jīng)旋風(fēng)分離器底部的集料旋蝸室由干燥的空氣送至小旋風(fēng)分離器分離，并收集在收料筒，尾氣經(jīng)引風(fēng)機(jī)排出。

干燥機(jī)的熱風(fēng)系統(tǒng)、吹掃系統(tǒng)、風(fēng)送系統(tǒng)均配有初效、中效、亞高效等過(guò)濾器，凡進(jìn)入干燥系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)都經(jīng)過(guò)濾處理。凡與物料接觸部位均采用不銹鋼制作，符合GMP要求。

The dry product is separated from the wet air by the cyclone separator and sent to the small cyclone separator by the dry air from the bottom of the cyclone separator and collected in the collector. The exhaust gas is discharged by the blower. 

Hot air system, purge system, wind delivery system are equipped with primary effect, high efficient and other filters, the air is filtered before enter into the drying Chamber. Stainless steel is applied in air contact parts in line with GMP requirements.
